Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GameLogr, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use GameLogr.

2. The service

GameLogr is a collaborative stat-tracking application for youth and amateur sports teams. It lets a team's crew jointly track live games, manage rosters, and view team and player stats. GameLogr is currently in early access — features, availability, and pricing may change as we continue building it.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You need an account to use GameLogr. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your login credentials secure. GameLogr accounts are intended for coaches, team administrators, parents, and other adults managing a team — not for direct use by young children (see our Privacy Policy for more).

4. Your content

"Your content" means the rosters, schedules, tracked game events, and any other information you or your teammates add to GameLogr. You retain ownership of your content. By using GameLogr, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your team.

You're responsible for having the right to enter any information you add to GameLogr, including player names and roster details, and for keeping that information accurate.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't use GameLogr to:

• Access or attempt to access another team's data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, or attempt to bypass its security measures.
• Upload content that's unlawful, abusive, or violates someone else's rights.
• Use the service for any purpose other than tracking and managing your own sports team(s).

6. Availability & changes

GameLogr is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we'll try to give reasonable notice of any change that materially affects how you use the service, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

7. Termination

You may stop using GameLogr and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting legal@fit4purpose.io. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you beforehand where practical.

8. Disclaimers

GameLogr is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Stats and derived numbers depend on what your crew taps in — we don't guarantee their accuracy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit4Purpose Solutions Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, GameLogr.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province/state and country in which Fit4Purpose Solutions Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. (Fill in your specific jurisdiction here before publishing.)

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
